i wasnt able to extend my booking, as a result i was forced to pay for two different sessions, even though i paid for every single minute from 8.15am to 16.30pm. contacted customer support where Chad took an hour to just understand what my issue was, with 4 dropouts from the chat, and denied any sort of refund or at least allow to make it as a "one session" booking. i dont find this fair at all.

Very convenient parking next to Southend airport. It is paved and rather (but not extremely) easy to access and get out. My car was waiting for me without a scratch after 6 days. The owner, Rick was very responsive and helpful regarding all my enquirers.

Good location, 10mins walk to the terminal. Easy to find. Owner responded quickly about the parking procedure. We were a bit lost still, as we didnt realise that we had to park on the grass lawn. It would be good if a sign is left about the parking spot
