Absolutely terrible experience when I used your app to pay for parking at fistral Newquay. I clicked on the map and it brought up the fistral car park headland road. I thought this was fistral headland car park next door and paid for my ticket on the app. Now received an £85 parking charge which I find utterly disgusting. I’m a loyal customer and an ambiguity on the location and your location map has caused me to select the wrong car park. I’ve appealed and it’s been rejected

I was overcharged by 60% for 24hrs parking by JustPark as they agreed a much higher rate with the owner but don't show this rate on the car park sign. Robbing b*stards

Once again we couldn't get an internet signal at this car park we had Thea she issue 2years ago so nothings changed!! So we walked back on ourselves and discovered the ticket machine was out of service so we decided to carry on with our walk and eventually after about 2mls up hill we eventually obtained a signal and paid. I'm just curious as to why a solution to this issue can't be found ?
