The only issue was there were numerous spaces coned off, no reasons why?

Had to do a couple of laps of the car park before one became available

Some of the bays appear to be permit only but are unmarked. We used one in error and got a parking fine.

short walk to beach/st ives. steep hill however.

Having paid for a week of parking, the only issue was trying to find a space anytime you went anywhere and came back. Had to wait a fair while each time, but worth it for the convenience and cost.

No spaces so ended up parking elsewhere

your app ripped me off, plain & simple. i didnt want a weeks extension. i tried to cancel before the extension that your app forced me to have even started, contacted your support, and you didn't let me have a refund for sone arcane logic about the parking type, that couldn't possibly know beforehand. Absolute scam

I took over half an hour to find a space which was a tad annoying despite arriving relatively early to try and avoid that. Nice location otherwise close to beach

We received a parking ticket because the space was reserved. We had no way of knowing that.
