Found trying to get WiFi to book with you very poor took ages to pay!! And then signal would drop out!! Need better signal to use your app!! I think people would just use the other payment methods and not bother because of the signal at that car park.

Would not allow me to extend parking time by phone and pay machine was out of order.
I really hope I am not being fined as I returned to van as soon as I realised I could not extend payment as I should have been able to.

I called the phone number twice, went over all the hustle with the credit card but never got the text message with which I could confirm my registration. Couldn't download the app because of bad internet coverage. Took me 25 minutes and a hot spot to get it done

The machine was out of order when I arrived and the payment options available were to download the app (I did not have enough mobile signal for this) or call a number (ended up costing me an extra 50p so overall 2.80 for 1 hour of parking). Not impressed!
