Parking on Primrose Valley, TR26

When arrived at location a vehicle was already in location causing obstruction to park after several minutes managed to locate driver who happened to be carrying out work on the property of which the spaces were located eventually workmen did move . They was not aware these spaces were booked out to members of the public throughout the days.

The lane leading to the house with the parking space is very narrow and exceptionally steep. On arrival, we found no chain to put across the space. The price is high for an out-of-season space (we chose it because we were eating in a restaurant high on the cliff above the space). In high season the price would be fine, but the narrow access could be a huge problem.There's a public car park closer to the restaurant which is cheaper (but unbookable).

Extremely disappointed Booked for New Year. Impossible access for my car so wasted over £20. Couldn't find another parking space at such short notice so New Years Eve ruined.

Excellent communication,large space easy to come and go , would benefit from a sign somewhere saying the name of house

Although we knew where Primrose Valley was. A prominent Porth Dene sign would be helpful to others.

Booked two spaces (on what we were led to believe would be ours for the duration of booking) from 5am as we arrive very early, car already in space so tricky manoeuvring to park my car diagonally across the back of this car to allow my son to get into his space, turns out double booked, gets a message from owner to say relatives are coming 5th to the 9th and they parked large vehicle close to ours making in and out of cars tricky, we left on the 12th and they were still there, meant there was no easy in or out if either of us wanted to use car as we both had to go to let other one in/out, then you have to contend with cars parking over the drive while playing tennis or cars parking opposite making in/out tricky, we are both confident and experienced drivers but if you aren't you will struggle as not only is there a steep hill to contend with coming down/up or alternative way out is through the Warren a very tight street teeming with people, I myself have driven the Warren many times over the years but do know some people who will not consider it as its wing mirrors in tight in one place and you can get heckled by people who think it isn't a road,

Only one entrance via narrow steep hill on to busy main road on a corner. Actual parking slot was OK. I am a confident good driver but did not feel happy with the entrance/ exit, so I pain £8.70 per 24 hrs at the railway station. Also paid £3.50 to get taxi to collect my luggage on leaving. ( driver would not come down Draycott Ter) There is another exit it has stone bollards either side only suitable for a small car.
