Parking spaces are not accommodating to the larger SUV's

the space did not exist! apparently this is part of the Just Park policy for car parks and you can only. book the space when you are already in the car park. be helpful if the app prevented you from doing so before you had paid and driven to the car park! All in all a little stressful and slightly ludicrous, surely the purpose of just park is to pre book a space.

It was very expensive as we arrived between time slots making us pay both £9.50 and £7.50 later coning to a total of £17.40 with extras from the app . We did not require the 15 hours provided even though we selected 3 hours. We had no choice and were made to pay the large amount of money. The car park was also hard to access. I think they should allow people the opportunity to pay by the hour or pay the amount of money that the end time falls into eg pay £7.50 of your slot finishes at 8 not £17.50 because you arrived there before 6 .

charged for 4 days instead of 4 hours wont give refund! dreadful company,owe me over £80 because the carparks i use dont accept the deposit with just park worst app ive ever used cant get to talk to a person on the phone all automated.

Spaces are tight and vans overhang the lines. We got a damaged door

can be a bit fun and games getting in there but not too shabby to park in

very tight spaces, takes some manoeuvering to get in and out when in a bigger van
