The space is enclosed between a wall and a concrete post which requires you to be confident at reverse parking as this is the only way to get into it.
Although not shown in the picture, the space also benefits from having a parking post installed which means that nobody will be parked in your space, or will they be encroaching on your space when you arrive.

This bay is a VERY tight spot and I have a small car. Coming in and out of the metal gates is also very tight. Unfortunately we damaged our car even though we were very careful.

Found location of space easily. The parking space was very tight and a car bigger than mine wouldn't have been able to fit. (I have an Aygo X for size reference) I felt happy leaving my car as it was a gated area. Parked here for the weekend as finding a parking space can be difficult in St Ives!

The parking space was fine for our fiesta and backing in is the way to do it.
The car parking facility is secure and best of all only four minutes from our holiday apartment.

Great location close to the centre of town. Good to know the car was undercover and secure, but very challenging to back into the space. It needed someone to help guide the driver. Would use again as long as there are 2 of us
