The name of the car park was different to the name provided by JustPark This caused much confusion for us and our friends who we had arranged to meet there.

The car Park name on your app is different to that shown on the actual car park signage

We used this service with Just park for the first time whilst visiting Lichfield Cathedral for a concert as we were concerned about trying to find somewhere to park close to the Cathedral. Everything went swimmingly once we found the car park as we were looking for 3 Spires and that wasn't the name of the Car Park, in fact we had to stop and ask someone to direct us. It seems the area around the car park was "3 Spires" and it had another name on the site, backchester Lane I think. We met up with friends who told us they had parked in Bird St and only paid £1.50 after 6pm, which was a big difference in what we paid, £6 +. Anyway, it was a useful experience for us easy to register, book and know that you have a space when you arrive, although I'm still not sure how the space reservation works if people drive in without booking as there are no reservation signs.
