This parking space is ideal for anyone using Stanmore station (Jubilee Line). The area is safe,well lit and protected by CCTV. We are retired people and therefore home all day which will provide added security to your car.
The parking will suit people going to Wembley 02 Arena or visiting London City and also those who want to leave car overnight with us in secure and safe place.
Access is available 24/7.
Since we have mulitple spaces we MAY sometimes require drivers to leave their car keys with us in order to move your car to allow "BLOCKED " cars to leave.
We may offer alternative space after mutal agreement.
It is important for all drivers to ring the bell on arrival as we have a policy of allocating suitbale space to drivers on arrival. This will ensure cars are not blocked in .
Although I have an EV charger, this is not bookable through Justpark. Please check with me availability of Ev Charge and its price before booking your space through Justpark to avoid unnecessary cancellation charges.
You can confirm EV charger availability by either texting me or ring me with date of the booking. Price to be agreed.

I parked for the first time my car at the front of the house yesterday. I could not get to my place as the enter was blocked by two pvc traffic cone's, so I needed to stop my car in a middle of the road stoping other drivers to move the cone's to enter the house. I asked where should I park my car even if that was obvious as there was only 1 parking space available, but the owner was keeping telling me off that I should ring the doorbell before entering the house. There was no space to leave the car outside to ring the doorbell, unfortunately.! At the end the "lady" asked me to put the cone's back.! I wouldn't recommend this place for sure. The oldish "lady" ? wasn't polite and made me fell very uncomfortable. This place is cheaper than others, but I prefer to pay more and feel safe and comfortable than having this kind of experience. I'll never ever park my car in that place again.!
