Using JustPark for many years, and this was the only bad parking experience. First of all, the ad didn't contain any pictures or clear parking instructions. So, I needed to chase the owner and ask to send a picture of a parking spot (picture has been added now, I can see). There are two parking spaces: driveway and a card port. The picture I received from the owner showed a driveway empty and a car port having a car parked there, on arrival the driveway had a car parked there, but the port was empty. So, parked there and headed to Stansted airport. On the next morning I started to receive rude and harassing messages from the owner. He was writing that he has no space left to park his own car. I politely replied, that I parked close enough to the bins and a big pile of bin bags at the back, so we has some space to take them out, but the remaining space was near enough to park another car anyway. Also, in his ad, he never mentioned that he uses the same parking space to park his own car (and that he would block my car). I think this moment is very important and should be clearly stated in the ad. After explaining that and apologizing for any inconvenience caused, I got another rude message from him, where he wrote me that I'm completely arrogant. Also he wrote 'It is my space, I own it and will use as I see fit'. Fair enough, it's his space, but once he posts it on Just park, and charges for it, he needs to allow other drivers to use it. So, either keep it for yourself, or provide parking service without abusing your customers once you charge them.

I was unable to use the parking space due to the fact that confirmation came the day before our early morning
departure flight. And hence the cabs got very expensive from the parking space to Stansted.
Instead of cancelling my booking I sent a message to inform my inability to come down.
Then the reply was a rude one "Great, thanks for wasting my time with all of the messages
