Drive to the barrier and your number plate will be recognised. The entry barrier will lift automatically, so you can drive in and park in any space - you can even keep hold of your keys while you're away.
Then, catch the pink shuttle bus to the terminal. It runs 24 hours a day every 20 minutes, takes 15-20 minutes and is included in the price.
On your return catch the shuttle bus back to the car park from where it dropped you off. Collect your car and drive to the exit barrier which will lift automatically. If it doesn't rise press the intercom button for assistance and quote your reference number.

The car park's shuttle bus is wheelchair friendly and there's designated Blue Badge bays. They work on a first come, first served basis and you'll need to display your badge while you're away.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £40 per day, which is subject to change.

After I booked it needs 24 hours to go into the system, so they did not let us in to park at jet park, I had to go and park at mid-stay car park and pay for it it’s horrible experience…..
