Novotel hotel, Stansted. Perfect place to park over night with shuttle bus.

The parking area has little to no lighting. I struggled to find my car. In addition, there are no signage for customers to remember which bay they parked. I was getting anxious when I couldn't locate my car at 1:00am.

The hotel reception staff were very courteous and helpful as it was my first time using this service.
It was very easy to use.
The bus driver was a little grumpy to another customer on the was to the airport though.
