This parking space does not exist. Avoid booking, especially on Stoke City match days. I turned up to the address and none of the stewards or police have heard of this car park!

space doesn't exist either at the location indicated nor at the post code which are different to start with. I have raised a complaint but not had a response.

I booked a parking spot based on the pin position shown on the Just Park app. This was completely inaccurate. The space ended up being 1.5 miles away which was disastrous as one of our group had mobility issues (hence choosing a parking spot a few minutes walk from the ground) It cost us £10 to get an Uber from the parking spot to the ground and we missed the first part of the football match. Completely unacceptable
