There are multiple car parking areas in different locations on City Campus. These are clearly sign posted on the various roads entering the university. Please note the drop pin marks the centre of City Campus and does not indicate the existence of a car park at that location.

Far too expensive. It's a university site and cost £6.80 for 4 hrs. And £8.20 for 5hrs

When I tried to enter the location number it would only take the first digit. I had to give up on that and phone up

Signs didn't clearly indicate who could use the car park also by the time id set up the app and paid a half hour had passed so I'm unsure if I'll now receive a pcn despite paying for more time than I was actually parked. Generally the set up is very poor for the elderly with small text on crucial information and the need to use 'smart' payment methods. The cause of yet more uncertainty and worry and probably another payment I can't afford

struggled to find a bay, the one left had one car parked close to my bay and the car on the other side was over the line so very tight
and the charge was ridiculous £8.10 for 5 hours, another from the group I was with said it didn't charge him?

Although I have said the space was easy to find.... It wasn't at first. Once your customer service assured me I was in the right place I then found the just park stickers on the board. The process of finding a space online, paying and being given the directions and other info was great. Now I have an understanding of how this operates I will be using your service regularly. Thanks so much. I would recommend justpark to anyone. In fact I already did so. Great job.

Very expensive compared to other parking in the city, also the Justpark app failed to allow me to enter my CORRECT card details on 3 occasions, had to use the phone option in the end. The parking app still has work to do to keep up with Ringgo and Pay By Phone!
