You will share the double drive with my own existing car or another booking I have 24 hour CCTV on the driveway with humanoid recognition. I also have doorbell camera which covers the driveway (2 Cameras) Close to Seaburn Metro. Parking on street is for permit holders only. This is an ideal spot for commuters using the metro. Or for anyone attending the Stadium of Light. Quick and easy access to A19. Ideal for holiday parking

perfect space! close to stadium of light as we were seeing a concert. owner lovley and had cctv so felt safe. easy and quick.

Great communication with the home owner, and very clear advice and options. Was heading to the stadium of light, and was perfect location to walk, about 20minutes.... Saved hours waiting to leave by metro. Was easy to get onto the main road and jumped the quinh traffic
