Easy to park

I booked the car park from 1pm until 5pm and paid on the app. when I arrived the car park said the max stay was 2 hours so I couldn't use it and had to find and pay elsewhere. quite disappointed this wasn't on the app when I Booked

We were a little unsure if we were supposed to leave the car in the actual retail park due to the signs around the car park stating a time limit and no match day parking but when we checked the app it said the parking was 'In-progress' so trusted that we were correct. However, if we receive a parking ticket later, we might be less inclined to give four stars...

Perfect for watching the football

Easy parking. 10 minutes walk to Sunderland fc. Definitely use again.

I was unsure because it was a public parking place and a notice was in place saying parking limited to 90 minutes. I left the details in the window and went to the football match 2 and a half hours later everything was fine

I wouldn’t use this website before visiting the car park first. I turned up and the car park I had payed for was a maximum 2 hour stay. I had to go elsewhere and pay again.

Parking I presume was in the parking bays outside B&M and other shops in the retail park. Parking was limited to 2 hours with a £70.00 fine for over staying the time limit. As I had paid for 6 hours I didn't want to risk a £70.00 fine so parked elsewhere. Will be seeking a full refund including the booking fee.

Did not know if space was reserved so parked in available space . The space size was good and we felt happy leaving our car.
