Parking on Northbrook Road, BH19

The directions to the parking spot were not clear which made it very difficult to find, then when I wanted to leave the host had a family member block me in and didn't tell me which made it stressful to find out who owned the car when I was on a tight time frame to leave was not impressed at all and would not recommend anyone to use this host very bad communication and experience.

The street view for this parking area is way out of date. It's a housing estate and free parking is available in that street. Plus there was no number to ne found for my supposed parking space. I feel cheated out of my money. People trusting to find a parking space with Just Parking and them find out it's free!!! I've used JP a few times and found them really good, in fact the other day was brilliant, but for Swanage only pay for parking if you want to park right at the brach front! Even residents we asked when we tried to find the space told us it's free parking!! Seriously annoyed!!! Please update your system to prevent other customers being conned!
