Wanted to extend our parking space by 1hr from 2 to 3 hours. When we tried it would have cost us an extra £9!!! for an hour, I think it's called a rip off!!

Machine awful to use and had to use app which was faffy and time consuming. Not as good as Ringo.

The app itself I found difficult to download and put details in. I had put payment details etc in before I got to the parking but when I got there had to do it all again which was a hassle.

Unfortunately there wasn't a disabled space left when my husband took the car back but there was an ordinary one free and as I wasn't with him it was ok.
