I've received a fine today. Turns out that I've scrolled and clicked on the wrong car when I booked. So, this is feedback on my ability to use this software rather than the car park.

Hassle changing number plate on the app and the times are weird and change by themselves when I click on them on the app

My son paid from 12noon to 6pm (when his shift should have ended at 5:30pm) but his boss asked him to work on and would let him go out to pay more
By the time he was let leave it was 7:55pm and he got fined £100 for going over 1 1/2 hours

the car park was in very poor condition making it hard to park between lines you cannot see! very disabled spaces and your car park attendance were very rude

Initially reserved parking for 3 hours
Wanted to extend for one more hour only however this was not an option
Could only extend for a further 3 hours which i didn't require

received PCN for having my wheel ON THE LINE of the bay markings, that was fucking pedantic and I don't believe it deserved a £100/£60 fine and a full fee for the stay.
