Signal Point Swindon

Easy to book, great directions. Little bit confusing when I arrived to know which car park but warnings not to use APCOA helped. Saw signage for Just park and given name of car park which helped. Would use again.

Sadly we couldn’t find the car park I had paid for in Swindon. A combination of roundabouts, one-way systems and road closures due to roadworks made the whole operation a nightmare. We had to park elsewhere. I explained the situation to JustPark the following day and they refunded my money straightaway. Thank you for your understanding, an excellent service and I WILL use you again. :)

Easy and convenient

Really easy to book and accurate directions to parking location, made it a simple to do.

There was only one space left in the whole car park which wasn't really suitable for my estate car. People left abusive messages on my windscreen and someone maliciously broke my back wiper costing me £50 to get it fixed. Now that I have used the credit that you would not refund I won't use your car park again.

When I paid in advance for a space, I assumed there would be ANPR cameras and barriers on the entrance and exit to the Signal Point Car Park so that spaces would be available. However, there were no barriers, no evidence of ANPR cameras, and no parking spaces. As a result, I had to use the Main Car Park and pay a further £10 to park there. I would be very grateful if you would refund the payment of £10.29 for my pre-paid booking and, as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, add £10 to cover my parking fee for the Main (APCOA) car park.

There were no parking spaces available. I had to park somewhere else where I might receive a penalty as I had a train to catch.

Lighting and signage very poor. I am not clear I parked in the space I booked, but there was little help, advice, guidance available

Does just what it promises. No messing with machines, cards, phone or cash. Went in, parked, displayed our booking notification, just in case. They even advised when we had half an hour left and could extend if needed. Altogether easy and hassle free. Highly recommend.
