Parked in by another driver. Totally inconsiderate and held myself and other drivers for over 30 minutes. No visible enforcement so really hacked off to have to have paid for parking when illegal parking not dealt with.

Unfortunately it's a bad system. My time was about to run out just as my daughter was at the end of her football game but I couldn't add more time and was told to move my car. I missed the two goals by my daughter.

The worst ‘parking experience’ of my life. App didn’t work, and it took me 15 minutes to pay £1 . Log in, password reset, bank card details. What a load of faff. Technology is meant to speed stuff up. Thanks to the ridiculous process i missed the first 10 minutes of my children’s football match.

A useful parking space at good price but I had to wait for a bay to become free. The booking site said the venue had 600 spaces but actually there were under 60.

rip off just park for free round the corner. All i was doing was dropping my child at football and forced to pay £2!

App was unusable. When trying to enter location code, continuously received an error msg stating I was not connected to the Internet when my phone, all other services and all other apps were clearly connected with no problem. The same error msg was received when connected via wifi. Had to resort to calling Just Park directly.

Could not see disabled parking. Had to park in between cars which made it difficult to get mum in and out of her wheelchair.
