When I entered the parking spot I was a little concerned that the area was (as it seemed) was a fly tipping area as there was quite a lot of of what seemed abandoned building material and quite open to any one wishing to gain access .
Fortunately my car came to no harm .
It was quite a walk to the cruise terminal so I took a local taxi there. If the "advert " showed that there was a taxi firm only a 100 metres or so away , and fairly priced ,it might attract more bookings .

Was exactly what we paid for - easy to find, safe parking reasonably close to Tilbury cruise terminal.
20 minute walk back to the terminal, after having dropped off the luggage.
