Machines not working and had to pay for 4 hours parking when I only needed 2. Arrived on a motorbike and normally would get free parking. One of the other car parks didn't entertain bikes, and the other one did but no specific parking bays. So you could do better for motorbikes and reimburse me for the 2 hours I didn't use.

I popped to the Sword in the Stone car park to fix a problem with the Motorhome that my son was borrowing, paid for my parking but when I tried to pay for the Motorhome I was unable to no matter how I tried. If it had been a ticket machine even a card one there would have been nothing stopping me but the app doesn't allow for this very disappointing.

Feeling stupid and betrayed, parking just over the road or anywhere else in town costs half or even less, only we were too stupid and realized that after having paid. Never again. It‘s a rippoff…
