Too far to walk to Silverstone. If you book a taxi well in advance for around 0630, it would be ideal. I got the Park and Ride back to Towcester Race Course and walked the 2 miles to the car. Which would be ok if I wasn't still aching from the 5 mile walk in the morning. That was along the A43, avoiding that is 6.9 miles. Easy to find and park.
