Both machines not working so I had to use the app which charged me 40p and if I used the machine it would of been free for 3 hrs

Pay meter was not working. I attended the odeon cinema was concerned my film would run over . Wanted to add an extra hour but had to pay for 4 hours on app ?! When 3 hours are free

Because the machine wasn't working I had to pay 10p just to get a ticket through the app when it was free to park. Ridiculous

Fed up with ticket meters not working. using the app was difficult and paying admin fees ridiculous

Having to pay 10pence for free parking to use an app because the car park machine aren’t working yet again is annoying.
Also the ridiculous rule that you can only visit establishments attached to the car park. This is a restrictive practice .

There was a lot of panic as people were trying to download and use the app due to the machines not working.

It’s not the park it’s the parking meters absolutely disgraceful not one working and I do not have an app to download I was shocked at this. There was a lot of people cross
