Nice to have a open car park not multi-storey . App payment so handy and I was able to extend my stay without going back to the car park. Very close to the city centre it felt like a safe place to leave my car 100% happy experience.

It's bizarre that to park for 1hr from 17:45, it was necessary to pay the complete evening rate. So an hour's parking became £4.60. Way too much for such a short spell.

we have disabled parking and there were a few spaces left when we arrived.
We left at 1pm and there were no parking spaces available for cars circling for parking.

total nightmare due to the fact your app can't cope with the hour change we have in the autumn. Got to the parking space, app wouldn't work. Tried to message but your automated system thought I had a problem with a fine. ended up having to leave my car ticket less to get to work on time then ring you at 9am to sort (thank goodness I have an understanding manager). you couldn't fix me using my multi use ticket so instead I have had to pay £10.10 to park. Not really acceptable and a very stressful start to my day. and although I requested this be refunded as its your error. no refund has been forthcoming. seriously considering changing to the park and ride.
