I am a disabled driver and have received a £60 fine for 14 minutes late my car is disabled I have a badge I think it's disgusting

Was very confusing. I was a bit early for parking so went off to do shopping. When I returned still a bit before six pm. But when six pm was available there was no instructions to say you could pay for 1hr and then get the night rate. I paid for four hours £4.80 which took me to 22:02 but the theatre show finished at 22:20. I went back to the car park to add money to the parking and the metre said see instructions! I read ALL the instructions but nothing about adding to parking! After three attempts to call JustPark I was finally able to add the night rate and pay another £1.30 so my car was safe! In speaking to people who parked after 18:00hrs no one was able to secure the night rate of £1.30! Both metres were not showing this rate! Highly unacceptable! I should have only paid £2.30 but ended up paying £6.20 to make sure I did not incur £100 fine!

Fantastic location, easy of parking using the app and absolutely no queues to pay for parking as hundreds of us came out of the theatre - walked past long long queues to the multi-storey right next door, got in vehicle and drove away - smooth! Very reasonable prices too.

Received a parking ticket through the app, came back before my ticket expired, and still got a ticket as it was an ANPR controlled car park (which I did not know) so you cannot rely on the timings on the ticket from Just Park!
