Moorfield Car Park

I scanned the ticket and selected pay. It said free and gave me a receipt. As I only used the carpark for 20 mins I thought perhaps it was a nice gesture. The barriers would not open and the attendant on the intercom refused to listen and told me that the process was good for the customer. No paying on the app is good for the customer and not being given a reference number for paying and having to pay 2.20 for 20 minutes. The attendant was rude and refused to listen

Really good space, lots of room. I need a disabled spot and this one isn't my usual, but it's better and closer to town ! thx

Although my records say my parking was free, and I had paid by Applepay, I was still asked to pay £2.30 to leave. I queried this via the Help button but they said I had to pay the amount on the screen. I needed to exit the car park so paid. This is not acceptable.

The app doesn't work frequently, the camera failing to recognise the registration seemingly.

found that I could pay on the app, had the parking details already and just had to tap pay. very easy
