I’ve used just park a few times now and it’s been a great experience easy to book and clear directions given. So this is by no means a complaint,but JP need to be aware of such actions as this must be a regular occurrence.
On this last occasion however the car park was near Twickenham Stadium and for a period of time ( about) four hours )was in accessible due to policing road closures surrounding the stadium..I was refunded my money with no issues, I will continue to use them again.

This is the 7th time there has been no spaces upon arrival. Another customer also had to leave upon arrival today. Constant overbooking or abuse of parking without a booking. Car park still listed as available right now, and JP state there's only 8 bookings. (10 spaces!)

We found the car park easy and it was well marked for where to park. I will certainly use Just Park in the future. One thing to remember is many of the roads are shut off near the ground and as this car park was close we had to find an alternative way out to that which we arrived, but that did not deter from the convenience.

Awful set up... I turned up and no spaces were free, even though I'd already paid for a space.
