BOLLARDS
If you would like the added safety of pulling up the bollards, simply lift the bollard from the handle and it will lock itself into place. To lower the bollard hold the handle at the top of the bollard, press the clip on the side and lower the bollard.

It would be much better to say the spaces are in Iffley Road - round the corner and at the back of 25 Montague Road.
