We received a PCN as we had a trailer with bikes on for the Camel trail so took up 2 spaces. So we have a fine for not purchasing 2 tickets
Is this something you can do on the app, 2 tickets for the same car same location.

PLEASE TREAT THIS AS A FORMAL COMPLAINT. I tried using the App and it associated my previous car reg automatically (god knows where you got that from) with my payment - I could not change it - I could not cancel and had to buy a separate manual ticket - no one available on the provided phone numbers - I had to pay 2 * 24 hour charges. Tantamount to highway robbery. I doubt you'll reply or refund me but I'll wait and see before posting my experience on social media sites. The two reg plates charged are OU58 XXT (incorrectly by your app) and KD16 NAO correctly by. a manual ticket.

We got a parking ticket for parking in an area not designated for our vehicle - not quite sure why so have challenged this. We and many other cars were parked in the same place.

Great location for the cycle ride, just be careful when paying, I pressed the wrong button and paid for a coach lol. Thought it safer to re do so as not to get fined and ended up costing me over 15 pounds, suppose it was better than a 100 pound fine. My fault.

Parking was not clearly marked. Apparently I parked in a vacant space in between a long line of parked cars. It seems it was an an area for coach parking which was not clearly visible. How many other parked cars are caught like this every day. I can't be the only one that's done it!

Great place to park for the Camel Trail. But it's hard to find. Go through the back of the Lidl car park and there it is.
