This parking spot is about a 10/15 minute walk to the Bescot Stadium where football games often take place, and also the Sunday market. I notice a lot of traffic around that area and often see people walking up and down my road as a result of parking in nearby streets that are usually packed with cars. There are also shops nearby if you want to get some food on the way or back from the game.
