Service Road Car Park, Walthamstow

Another car had obstructed the spaces at the back and I couldn't park my car. Had to find parking elsewhere. Very annoying.

The booking process was swift and error-free. The issue arose on the day I had scheduled to use the parking lot. I arrived at the car park location about 3 minutes after the starting time, i.e., within my time slot. Unfortunately, there were no spaces available, and I waited for a while, but nothing happened. Finally I had to move on to find another car park nearby. Later in the day, I contacted the support centre, which had refunded me. It looks like the entire process is not fully reliable, and I almost missed my appointment.

Misleading and not safe to leave your car there

When we got there it seemed that all the bays were full but someone was sitting in there car and moved once we asked but all good

The postcode does not take you to the correct space due to the one-way system and dead ends/traffic calming. As a result, I had to sit in traffic for an extra half an hour in order to get back around to the correct part of the road, despite being within 100 yards of the space after arriving at the postcode.

There was no space to park in, despite booking it!

I was given a postcode and the street to park on. Parked there and received a PCN.

There were no available spaces despite paying in advance.

I did have slight concerns over the safety of my vehicle purely to its location

To tell you the truth it felt a little vulnerable parking here overnight. It's a business cul-der-sac back street and after having my catalytic converter stolen when I left my car in the Sainsbury's carpark overnight a year ago, I was a little nervous. But all was ok. When I return to Walthamstow next time I will probably choose someone's personal car space. Feels safer. It was cheap though.
