I did not think I had paid for this transaction and was NOT happy to pay 12p extra for the privilege so paid for the same parking place directly with my card. Therefore I would like this payment to be cancelled as I am certainly not happy to pay twice. If I am going to be charged extra each time I use this app I will stop using it

Parking was fine. What I disagree with is the setting of a receipt and reminder, both payable, were ON by default.
This should be an option decided by me.
Not everyone would realise, as I am sure you are aware.

Could not book an overnight stay. Had to book 2 separate stays - one for 30 minutes from 5:30pm on Saturday and one for 3 hours from 8am on Sunday. A bit stressful really.

Just Park is very unreliable and poorly designed as an app.

I parked twice in the same car park - the first time your app worked fine, the second time it would not work (several times) at either of the two ticket machines.
