the entrance was on a tight tight corner and so narrow. I damaged my wheels trying to get in. They should state not suitable for SUV's

Very steep entrance. Not good for people with mobility problems. Not that easy to manoeuvre and I don't have a large car.

Probably my fault for not checking the exact measurements, but the entrance was a nightmare. For anything a bit bigger than the average car, this is a no-no. Awkward entry angle down to the gate. once at the gate, I realised that the car was likely too wide. The scratches on the entry sides might be an indication. Couldn't exit the car to check as we couldn't open the doors. Reversed back out and didn't park there in the end.

Great parking and great price just really small spaces and hard to get in

The location was great for the Cromwell Hospital. The price is fantastic for that area. The spaces are really tight, even with my Mini I had to climb out of the car! I had trouble with the PIN number to get access. A # has to be inserted between each set of 4 numbers. I phoned Just park for help and they were quick, helpful and I quickly gained access.

The space was difficult to find. The entrance was extremely difficult to get into. I drive a mid sized sedan and it was hellish getting my car into the underground gates. There are visible marks of people's car scratch incidents over time on both sides of the entrance. The parking bays are really small as I also struggled to get into my car after having two cars by my sides.

Great price and great location. Easy to find

Car park far too small, inconsiderate drivers parking over the parking lines nearly made it impossible to park. Pin on entry didn't form. Thankfully after calling just parks contact no just park dealt with all concerns swiftly.

Car park was small and tight, and like other have said you’d struggle with anything bigger than a people carrier. the fact that some people struggled to keep there cars in the white lines made it harder for other people to park next to them but all in all it was a secure car park and really well priced although I realised it was free parking in that area of London on a Sunday so bit of a waste of money but you live and learn
