Dixon Street Car Park

When I arrived there was no spaces even though I reserved a space. Then had to spend more money on another car park. Waste of money and time.

Excellent - a 5-star experience

Booked & paid for a space on an unmanned commercial car park; however, upon arrival there were no spaces. Just Park require you to contact them in these circumstances but it took ages for my call to be answered so, I decided to leave my car prettily parked outside a designated bay to avoid missing my train & my call was finally answered once I boarded my train. Just Park advised me to contact the car park owner directly but agreed to do this on my behalf. However, I received an email at 6.30pm that evening advising they hadn't been able to do this & it was my responsibility to do so. I tried the number they provided but it cut off each time. All of this caused much stress over my weekend break. I've now collected my car safely but am worried about receiving a sanction via post. It seems Just Park are happy to take your money but there's no guarantee you'll be able to park. Their policies need reviewing too, as I could have contacted the provider myself sooner if they'd directed me to do so initially. I will not be using them again.
