It is very busy at weekends, no guarantee that you will find a free space immediatly even though you have pre-brooked. otherwise great location.

Your sat nav send you to the back of the car park where there is no entrance. And as your on a 1 way system it would have been easy to get to I we stayed on the main road.

The car park entrance was blocked by an ambulance and coned off. Had to park elsewhere

Couldn’t find the entrance and was not prepared to drive round the one way system again !

the directions took you to the back of car park, I had to spend 20 minutes driving around looking for entrance in their 1 way system. I lost half an hour parking

I was charged £5 on top of the just park rate as the barrier didn't recognise my car. The barrier didn't recognise my car pre booking so I had to take a ticket and pay again. I would recommend this car park but no point paying just park as well for nothing

barrier didn't open on exit, and found entrance to place hard to find. Lift didn't work.
Good location for mall though so would maybe use again.

Scam !
Still had to pay for parking at Church Car Park in Watford despite already having paid in advance through JustPark.
