When we arrived at the space there was a piece of metal grate laying across the front of the drive which luckily my friend saw or it probably would have damaged our tyres.
When I returned to collect my car it had been blocked in by two other cars parked on the same drive. I rang the doorbell to the house but nobody answered, it seems like the house is vacant. I also rang and texted both the phone numbers supplied but nobody answered or responded, I'm writing this two days later and still nobody has responded. Luckily after 10-15 minutes somebody turned up to move their car. It turns out the drive had been rented to three different people rather than just myself. It was pure luck that the person turned up when they did because if they had rented the drive for a few days then I'd still be there now.

Car was damaged on leaving the site due to having to reverse over a raised kerb which broke causing a brake pipe to be split and had to wait for the RAC to recover vehicle to our home on a breakdown truck. The damage was done at 1600 and we finally got home at 2200. Car is now waiting for an estimate for the garage to repair said damage. Not a happy bunny.

Excellent. The app to open the gate wasn't working so we got an email the day before to say the gate would be opened for us. We came for a football match at Wembley and the tube station is 10 minutes walk and straight to Wembley Park on the Metropolitan line. We will definitely book again if we are coming down to London.
