Parking on Brook Avenue, HA9

The location is really good, but the access to the driveway and the overall ground is terrible, the bottom of my car scraped the ground as it has very deep potholes and one of the potholes at the entrance is cover with a plank of wood. Highly recommend lower vehicles to avoid

I got there and there was no spaces available. I called the owner and he said he would contact you to refund the full cost of my parking. Please can you look in to this. The host oversold his spaces even though I had pre booked. Terrible experience and would reconsider using JustPark in the future. A lot of stress created as we were also late for our event after waiting 2 years for this artist to play in the UK.

Easy to find plenty of room, near the venue

Easy to find and met manager who directed me where to park. Close to Troubadour Theatre and was great for £15

It was very simple and easy

The convenience of the location to venue was great. However one of the front drives was like a boggy farmers field that had I got there any later I would have had to risk parking on & potentially got stuck…but as I didn’t have to risk it all good!

App not showing correct place. Not finding the parking

The parking space was very full and the only available spot was in deep mud so we didn't park there and went elsewhere feel I'm entitled too a full refund feel you should take this place off your website

this car park is owned by premier inn and I wasn't allowed to park. not impressed at all. I had to park on the road. I just hope I haven't got a ticket

The so called parking space was a muddy horrible mess. Not sure how you think it's ok to charge for a space that you have to wade out of and then get your car cleaned afterwards!!??
