Parking on Brook Avenue, HA9

The convenience of the location to venue was great. However one of the front drives was like a boggy farmers field that had I got there any later I would have had to risk parking on & potentially got stuck…but as I didn’t have to risk it all good!

App not showing correct place. Not finding the parking

The parking space was very full and the only available spot was in deep mud so we didn't park there and went elsewhere feel I'm entitled too a full refund feel you should take this place off your website

this car park is owned by premier inn and I wasn't allowed to park. not impressed at all. I had to park on the road. I just hope I haven't got a ticket

The so called parking space was a muddy horrible mess. Not sure how you think it's ok to charge for a space that you have to wade out of and then get your car cleaned afterwards!!??

Do not park your car here if you want to get it stuck in the mud. Definitely doesn't look like the pictures I can assure you. Felt uneasy leaving my Porsche there.

Arrived at location for which the postcode was given. There was nothing around that area that resembled the image which had also been provided when I booked this. As a result I have had to then find further parking due to not being able to find this location which has then cost me an extra £32 which I was not expecting to have to do and caused more stress onto the journey. Followed the refund process and still am yet to hear anything and I’ve been waiting since the 8th February 2025 which is longer then their 5 business day policy… very disappointed indeed. This company should do checks on locations more frequently and make sure the street views are accurate. Maybe even preform checks at random on locations Personally I would not recommend to use this company until some actions are taken.

The car park was incredibly muddy. I had a 4x4 but any other car would definitely have got stuff

Would give no stars if an option. I could not leave my vehicle. There was no where to park as so muddy. Parking not as advertised in picture bb I missed the first 15 mins of the show going to see while looking for alternative parking. Currently in process of claiming back money.

The drive was an absolute mud bath
