Had to phone the owner the day before because I had booked the spot too early but there was absolutely no problem.
Sat Nav found the address easy enough, the space fitted my 4 series BMW which is a wide car very easy.
The street is very quiet and I felt safe leaving the car at this address, I am so fickle with my car I hate public car parks I would definitely use this space again, the pier is about 15 mins walk. in all a great space.

With a quite large SUV this space accommodated very well, although it was about a 15 minute walk to the pier it was ideally placed for our day out. The fee was very competitive and the location was in a quiet, safe residential area.
Would definitely recommend if visiting Southend.
