The person who is renting out the space no longer lives at the property as new people have moved in so do not use this space

It was unclear that the parking space was under the bay window at the front, it would help to have this detail on the information page as the photo of the space shows parking at the side of the property all of which was occupied when we arrived. No answer to a call to the owner to confirm that we were parking in the right place when we arrived. Otherwise location good and easy to find.
