Great location for Beach, Town centre, Sealife Centre, Lodmoor Country Park
2 min walk to bus stop to take you 5 mins to the main beach, town centre and short walk to the harbour.
If you prefer to walk it is 15 min walk to the esplanade where you can take the land train all along the seafront, visit arcades, get an ice cream and go into town centre.
Alternatively, you can walk 20 mins in different direction, through Lodmoor country park to the sealife centre, Sandworld, go carting, crazy golf.
Just 5 min walk to Tesco Express, fish n chips, pizza takeaway and more.
Bring your bikes and get on the Radipole cycleway. 5 min cycle from the house and you will be on the cycle path which can take you all the way to Portland harbour. Cycling first through Radipole park, then along the inner harbour, to the disused railway line which will take you to Sandsfoot castle gardens where you can get an ice cream then continue on to Portland harbour. Some lovely secluded beaches along route to get away from the busy tourist packed weymouth beach.

The drive was easy to find and all was fine. However, there was plenty of free street parking in Weymouth at the time of our bank holiday weekend visit, nearer to the town centre, but that wasn't the drive owner's fault.
