Despite having a weak 4g signal, the App would not connect, and the Pay for Parking Machine was not working. Telephoned the advertised number to pay in the end.

Good location to get to the shops and bridge, was excellent for my room.

Didn't have coins in change, so rang the number, after putting details in on the phone got cut off as had no connection! Next tried to download the app, couldn't as didn't have an internet connection. So went to the holiday apartment and signed into the apartment's Internet so I could download the app and access payment. Wasn't the best start to our visit to Whitby.

Only comment is that I was not able to extend another 24 hours until the previous was to expire. The app kept changing to 6pm end time.

Few hiccups logging on to the app but once that was sorted was quite straightforward. Paid an initial fee to cover time parked up at venue then quite easily added a couple of more hours later on.
