The experience was good but there could of been more parking spaces

Lots of building work going on at the point of submitting this review, good spot close to the castle, great shops all around.

The parking bays seem very tight, struggling with inch for inch, can only get out, on one, or either side of the vehicle.

Tiny parking spaces, car park looks completely derelict, poor maintenance large rubbish everywhere, broken elevator - 6 floors, took 25 minutes to find a space. Avoid

I've been double charged, I payed in advance for parking but when I got there they couldn't scan my QR code. So I had to pay again for my parking.

Hassle free, secure parking. Easy to book.

Great location for park and ride to London which is what we used it for. Easy walking distance to the train station and easy to find. Only thing to note is it is quite easy to miss the entrance if coming from the round about as it sits a little back from the road otherwise perfect and would definitely use it again!

The booking was simple and flawless. The shock was how narrow the q-park Windsor yard is. And most of the parking spaces were cordoned off as they are upgrading to EV charging bays. They have temporary fencing which makes the narrow lane even narrower. This parking is not great for anything bigger than mid size cars.
