Q-Park Windsor Yards Car Park

All worked well.

This was a very busy time of year so finding a space was always going to be a challenge however the spaces were a little small for my vehicle.

This is a ridiculously tight car park and even though my car isn't massive (Audi A4) I was constantly in fear of scraping it on the incredibly tight ramps and turns onto each level. Also, the parking spaces are far too small for modern cars, making me worry that my car would be damaged by people getting into adjacent vehicles.

I was expecting a allocated space had to drive round the carpark to fine a space , we have a Ford Focus and the carpark was tight

The spaces are tight for a bigger vehicle. The access code didn't work on the way in, so I took a ticket but on the way out the barrier just lifted - I expect because it read the number plate - so all good.

The whole experience was very slick and all went according to plan. The only downside was the size of the parking bays, the bays are very tight on avaliable space.

I was so relieved to have had two of their staff help guide me in reversing my car out from a position too close to a concrete pillar, I would otherwise likely not have managed it without badly scratching my car. Nice, friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to help me out, appreciated it! Also, the parking fee is very reasonable and smooth online booking experience was a plus

So easy to book in advance and with number plate recognition, easy to enter and exit. Excellent all round

The code that was sent to me did not work and I had to wait for more than 6 minutes to be assisted and the cars were lining up behind me
