Overcharged
Parking didn't stop when I was leaving. So eventually paid full amount.

Good parking but they closed the gates early and left cars locked in! Managed to call someone to open the gates.

I accidentally put the wrong number plate on this booking. I changed it via the app, which was accepted, but unfortunately we still got a £100 fine ! Afterwards, it was pointed out to us that you only have 5mins to change the registration plate, which is very misleading and was not clear at the time . What a rip off!!
