I was charged for 5 days when I'd been there 12 hours and then the barrier wouldn't open. now have to chase a refund and was made to feel quite unsafe when trying to ring the helpline whilst stuck in the car park. this is the second time this has happened

Terrible experience. Parked for less than an hour but got charged for a whole day. Requested a refund from JustPark and got told it is not possible to issue refunds after you have ended the parking and paid. Makes me wonder if one can request a refund if payment has not been made.
