Car park to tight won't use again

Took over an hour to leave the car park. Barriers inefficient when busy (no one knows to wait until the barrier turns red before pulling up) - scanning reg plates takes too long so people behind get impatient!
clearly it's a regular problem because it's been written in chalk as you approach the exit..
