Pin terminal didn't work, now I have another bloody useless app

the app did not work, the machine did not recognise my registration number and would not allow me to select time longer than 1hour.
The app would not accept payment on exit till the following day. Having an account it did not recognise my details.I had to re verify every detail the following day this has cost me a further £5.00. I am making a complaint.
