Victoria Way Car Park - Pay on exit

Did not work as promised/usual. The barriers were open upon my exit at around 1pm and they said 'just drive through' on the notice, so I did. I signed up to this app because usually it scans my car upon entry & exit and then bills me for the appropriate time. But today it didn't scan my exit and only a few hours later did I realise that I had not been charged for my car parking.. turns out it didn't scan my driving license upon exit because the barriers were up- and therefore I wasn't charged until I went onto this app at around 3pm, by which time I'd been charged for 2 more hours than I actually stayed. Very disappointed. Usually this app works very well for me but I've just paid much more than I actually stayed for so very frustrated, and if I hadn't realised by now, and left it longer thinking it scanned me upon exit, I'd be charged way more for staying - let's say - a whole day because I didn't come on this app and check it out now myself. Disappointed.

I will miss parking in Victoria Way Car Park as it closes today. The most convenient parking for ease of arrival and leaving, good size spaces and easy pay system.

What a joke getting out of the car park. It is so badly designed that marshals have to be employed to manage the traffic flow. The ANPR camera didn't work for our car.

This is the best car park in Woking for convenience of getting away easily not caught up in queues

The stairs to exit has no light and it's scary as a woman to take this route so I have to walk the long way round to feel safe, which isn't ideal
