You want me to be honest, helpful and constructive, How about you being accurate? I was sent directions to 8 Wheatsheaf when the parking I had booked was at No.6. Supposing I had not noticed or checked? There could have been all sorts of problems.
As for the rest of it; I booked, I paid, I parked, I left. All fairly straightforward and hardly worth half-a-dozen emails in my view. The location was very nice though.
