Navigated to location, the location id was different to that i had, and it was a different parking company (Horizon) so ended up paying again. Pointless waste of money. It's cheaper to pay on arrival, loads of spaces and convenient. 10Min walk to the halls.

I was offer a deal to increase my parking time but when I got there I was made aware that the parking had a fixed rate of £1,5 for the entire day. I felt I was deceived.

plenty of parking spaces available. I booked a space the previous night, so easy to do and so reasonably priced. Will use this car park each and every time. Tried alternative car parks previosly such as, pipers row and the problems caused my anxiety to go through the roof.

The parking area was difficult to find only because of on going road works and council diversions. Out of the control of the persons responsible for the space.
It however was very close to my destination.
Not sure that as a lone female driver, that I would be comfortable using this space during the dark winter months due to the derelict retail unit next door and the overgrown shrubbery bordering the space!! and the public walks to and from the space
