This is a private road, just 1 minute away from Southern railways Goring By Sea Station (which has very limited parking). 10 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the south downs national park. The google maps shows the other side of the railway to the house, so you are not parking on a field!

Found it difficult to find. Ok in the end.
Is it possible for access details from space owner be sent out the evening before as I was already travelling when receiving the email. As most of journey was on M roads wasn't able to read until I stopped in Goring by sea.
